Since June 2016 the creative responsibility of the Relæ kitchen has been taken on by Head Chef, Jonathan Tam.

Based on the cooking style established with chef proprietor, Christian F. Puglisi, Jon has managed to bring more and more of his personality to the plate while building on the direct connection with Farm of Ideas.

While still keeping our entry-level approachable for everyone, Jon’s talent seasons the most direct form of farm to table cooking you can experience.
